No, we are not a gym, we are a group fitness studio that uses Functional Training & other programs to help you reach the ultimate aim of having 20% [Female] - 15% [Male] fat percentage. As mentioned before, we rarely use machines in our daily workouts.

Functional Fitness

Our Signature Program focuses on building a
body capable of doing real-life activities in
real-life positions, not just lifting a certain
amount of weight in an idealized posture created
by a gym machine. Overall it takes care of both
your muscles and joints, and the best thing is,
unlike a gym, you are not only working-out a few
muscles but the whole body therefore you BURN
MORE CALORIES too.

It involves activities like Bulgarian bag Moves,
Hammer Shots, Barbell Thrusters, Burpees &
more. One major objective of this training is also
to strengthen the core as the body's movements
are majorly dependent on the same.


Fit Yoga
A yoga class at 20-15 fitness, focuses not
only on the traditional asanas but we
combine them with other Contemporary
forms like Dynamic Energizing Yoga, Tibetan
Yoga, Power Yoga & more.



Zumba
A fun workout for those who love to dance
their way to fitness. With chart topping
music and dance moves from hip-hop, soca,
samba, salsa, merengue and mambo get
ready to have a ball while choosing to be fit


AER Fitness
It is an innovative and artistic fitness experience.
With the weight of the body supported, students learn how to
achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather
than effort, enhancing a relaxed and peaceful state of
mind as well.

Aer Fitness will enhance other sporting activities and your
traditional yoga practice in numerous ways.

Challenging traditional yoga postures such as
inversions and deep backbends can be achieved
without effort and without strain with the use
of the aerial hammock. It lengthens muscles,
increases flexibility and decompresses the spine,
and its great fun.

His only aim is the help people fall in love with Fitness.
